Rooted in Christ’s Love…
A central part of church life at IPC is the spiritual journey and growth we are all asked to embrace as a foundation of our church mission. Without addressing and nurturing our own spiritual needs and rooting ourselves in the gospel of Jesus Christ, how can we reach out and effectively serve one another and others in our community and the broader world?
Active participation in small group studies and fellowship has strengthened our congregation in both faith and actin. As a new church year begins, small groups are forming once again to continue to grow together in faith and fellowship. We encourage everyone in the congregation, and in our broader community, to consider joining a small group.
This fall we will again be using a liturgy-based curriculum called Feasting on the Word to help guide us on our faith journey, Signup sheets for current groups and meetings times will be available during Coffee Hour following worship n September 10 and 17. If one of these times does not meet your needs, we encourage you to indicate a time you to indicate a time you might be willing to meet to form a new small group fellowship. All are welcome! If you would like to start a new small group, we will provide you with the resources and guidance to help get things started. Current group meeting times and projected start dates are as follows:
Wednesday Night Group (starts September 20) – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday Morning Group A (starts September 23) – 10:00 a.m.
