IPC will be hosting a special Pancake Brunch & Easter Egg Hunt fundraising event to support our non-profit child care partner, Creative Beginnings, on Saturday, March 26. Our goal is to raise funds to help finance upgrades to the CBCC playground, purchase air conditioners to improve classroom safety and comfort in the summer months, and provide funding for additional programs and services that support families and CBCC’s mission and growth.
The brunch will feature hot pancakes with butter and syrup, hearty breakfast sausage, fruit cup, fruit juices, and freshly brewed coffee, tea, or milk. The brunch will run from 9:00am to 11:00am. We will also be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 8 and under that will begin at 10:30am. The Easter Egg Hunt is included in the price of admission. There will also be special raffles, prizes, a bake sale, and other family activities for all ages.
Tickets are available in advance for a donation of $6.00 (Adults) and $3.00 (Children, age 4-12). Tickets at the door will be available for a donation of $7.00 (Adults) and $4.00 (Children, age 4-12). Children ages 3 and under are free. Tickets may be obtained from any IPC congregation member, or by contacting the IPC office (585-266-3370) or CBCC office (585-323-2650) during normal working hours.
Volunteers are needed to help with this event. IPC members, please sign up for specific work areas on the board posted outside the Chapel, or contact Steve Bryson for more information. Help support our mission to make our Creative Beginnings partners a thriving child care community for all families in need of this important service.
